Kocok butter dan gula putih hingga halus. Masukkan kuning telur dan cokelat dark yang sudah dilelehkan. Sisihkan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:130%;color:#cc66cc;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;font-size:130%;color:#cc66cc;"&gt;3. Campur almond powder, cokelat powder dan tepung terigu, aduk rata. Masukkan ke dalam kocokan butter dan gula putih. Tuang ke dalam loyang yang sudah disemir margarin. Oven hingga matang. Kocok telur bersama gula pasir sampai mengembang. Tambahkan ayakan tepung terigu, maizena, cokelat bubuk dan baking powder. Sementara itu, panaskan cream dengan cokelat di atas api kecil sambil diaduk. Tambahkan mentega cair. Aduk lalu dinginkan dalam lemari pendingin. Ambil 150 gram tapai ketan hitam, masukkan ke dalam blender.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Tuangi sedikit santan, proses hingga halus.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Campur bersama sisa santan. Tambahkan agar-agar, daun pandan dan gula pasir. Masak di atas api yang sedang sambil aduk-aduk agar santan tidak pecah sampai panas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Ambil sedikit adonan agar-agar panas, aduk dengan kuning telur hingga rata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. Tuangkan kembali sambil aduk-aduk hingga mendidih. Buat selai nanas lebih dahulu. Masak nanas, gula, air jeruk dan garam di atas api kecil sambil diaduk hingga menadi selai.
